Welcome to Pettifer’s Loft. By making a booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

  • Reservations: A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us and any required deposit or full payment has been processed.

  • Payment: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is required before check-in. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

2. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • We ask for a 50% deposit to secure your booking.

  • Cancellations made up to 28 days before your arrival date will receive a refund of the deposit (50% of the booking).

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 28 days before your stay.

3. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

  • Check-In: From 2:00 PM onwards.

  • Check-Out: By 10:30 AM on your departure date. Late check-outs must be requested in advance and may incur an additional fee.

4. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES & HOUSE RULES

  • Occupancy: The number of guests staying at Pettifer’s Loft must not exceed the number specified in your booking confirmation.

  • Smoking & Vaping: Pettifer’s Loft is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property.

  • Pets: Pets are permitted only with prior written approval and may be subject to an extra fee.

  • Noise and Nuisance: Please respect our neighbours. Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to leave without a refund.

5. DAMAGES & MISSING ITEMS

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, or equipment during their stay (excluding acceptable wear and tear).

  • We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for the cost of any necessary repairs, deep cleaning, or missing items.

6. LIABILITY

  • Personal Property: Pettifer’s Loft accepts no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings or vehicles brought onto the property.

  • Safety: Guests use the property and its facilities entirely at their own risk.
