Check-in is from 2:00 PM on your day of arrival. To ensure the Loft is perfectly prepared for our next guests, we kindly ask that you check out by 10:30 AM on your day of departure.

We offer a seamless, contactless check-in experience. You will receive a video of the location of the key box and code 24 hours ahead of your arrival.

Due to our historic, central location on a pedestrian-only passage, we do not have on-site parking. However, there are several public car parks within a 2-minute walk. We recommend the Bath Row car park for ease of access.

Yes. In keeping with the building's 16th-century heritage, the Loft is situated on the upper floor and is accessed via a private staircase. As such, the property may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

The Loft features two bespoke king-sized bedrooms, each with its own luxury ensuite, comfortably accommodating up to four guests.

We ask for a 50% deposit to secure your booking.

Cancellations made up to 28 days before your arrival date will receive a refund of the deposit (50% of the booking).

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 28 days before your stay.
